How Much Should I Tip?
- Gratuities are appreciated, but not expected
- If you enjoyed your trip despite Capt. Carlos’ jokes and he provided good service then 15% to 20% is considered industry standard
What is the Game Plan for my Trip
- Capt. Carlos likes to talk with each customer the day before the trip to discuss the latest fishing report, weather report, departure time, fishing options and any other details
How Can I Confirm a Date For My Trip?
- Email Capt. Carlos your first and last name along with your email address
- Gringo Charters will email you an invoice for an advance deposit
- Please pay the deposit via credit card and upon receipt Capt. Carlos will text you a confirmation
What Are Your Deposit & Cancellation Policies?
- A $250.00 credit card advance deposit will required to secure a fishing charter
- Cancellation from 2 to 30 days prior to the trip will forfeit the advance deposit
- Cancellation the day before the charter through the day of the charter, including no-show, will be responsible for the full charter rate (less any deposit previously received)
